Welcome to Global Opinion Hub. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, surveys, offers, rewards programs, and all related features. By accessing, registering, or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts, shared accounts, or fake identities is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, automation tools, or virtual machines
• Speed through surveys, give random or dishonest answers
• Manipulate survey results or eligibility
• Share survey answers, screenshots, IDs, or confidential study details
• Exploit bugs, errors, loopholes, or technical issues
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse platform data
• Engage in abusive, illegal, misleading, or harmful behavior

4. Surveys & Market Research

Surveys and studies are provided by third-party market research partners. Qualification, completion, validation, and reward approval are determined solely by the partner. Global Opinion Hub does not guarantee survey availability or qualification.

5. Offers, Tasks & Promotions

Offers and tasks may include app installs, registrations, games, or promotional actions. Users must strictly follow offer instructions. Repeating offers, using multiple devices, or fraudulent behavior will result in disqualification.

6. Rewards & Earnings

• Rewards are credited only after confirmation from partners.
• Rewards have no cash value until redeemed.
• Global Opinion Hub may hold, reverse, or cancel rewards for violations or fraud.
• Unredeemed rewards may expire.

7. Payments & Verification

We reserve the right to request identity, address, or payment verification at any time. Payments may be delayed or cancelled if verification fails or suspicious activity is detected. Account name must match payout method.

8. Inactivity

Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may be closed. Any remaining rewards or points may be forfeited.

9. Referral & Affiliate Programs

Referral programs are offered at our discretion. Fake referrals, self-referrals, or abuse will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.

10. Third-Party Services

Global Opinion Hub is not responsible for third-party surveys, offers, rewards, content, availability, or technical issues. Participation in third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Limitation of Liability

Global Opinion Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings, rewards, or data.

13. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
